What is the meaning of vascular and endovascular?

Vascular = relating to or affecting or consisting of a vessel or vessels, especially those which carry blood.

Endovascular = use of a minimally invasive approach to the blood vessel using involving use of a needle, wire, catheter (plastic tube), balloon (angioplasty) or stent.

What is the most common vascular disease?

Most common cause of vascular disease is atherosclerosis which happens when there is a build up of fatty substance called plaque inside the arteries causing them to narrow and block restricting blood flow to the intended tissue or organ.
