Depends whether the vascular disease is related to your arteries (blood vessels that take blood from the heart to the feet) or your veins (blood vessels that take blood from your feet back to your heart).
Arterial:
Cold feet, rest pain, pain on walking, blue toes or discoloration, worsening numbness in the feet, loss of hair or shiny skin on the legs, non-healing wound on your foot
Venous:
Leg heaviness, cramps especially at night, ankle swelling, legs feeling more tired than normal especially at the end of the day, prominent veins on the surface of the leg, brown discoloration of the legs and itchiness, restless leg syndrome
