Meet Dr Benjamin Yip from Alpha Digestive & Liver Centre!
Dr Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
He completed his specialist training in General Medicine and advanced specialist training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the National University Hospital, Singapore.
He was awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan award to sub-specialise in Advanced Endoscopy at the Royal Free and University College Hospitals in London, UK.
Before he committed himself to private practice, Dr Yip also served in the public sector for almost two decades and is still currently a visiting consultant at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH).
Dr Yip is also passionate about clinical research. He was awarded the National Medical Research Council MOH Health Research Scholarship to pursue a Master of Clinical Investigation degree course in NUS.
